Fabricon is an online marketplace that lets private individuals publish listings for used or other goods, and lets other users browse, search, and contact the seller.

Fabricon is not a party to any sale between a seller and a buyer — it only provides the platform; the actual transaction takes place directly between users.

Some features (publishing a listing, messaging, reviews) require registration and a verified email address.

Users must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping their account credentials confidential.

One account per person; accounts may not be transferred.

The user who publishes a listing is solely responsible for its content (description, photos, price).

Publishing unlawful, infringing, misleading content, or content that violates Fabricon's moderation rules, is prohibited.

Some categories (e.g. age-restricted content) require the user to be logged in and to be an adult per the birth date on file.

Fabricon may remove a listing that violates these rules without prior notice.

Users must not harass, deceive, or otherwise act unlawfully toward others, or engage in activity that threatens the platform's normal operation (e.g. automated scraping, mass-posting listings).

Fabricon does not currently provide online payment or shipping — payment and delivery are arranged directly between the seller and buyer, independent of Fabricon.

Fabricon is not responsible for either party fulfilling the transaction, or for the quality or authenticity of the goods.

The service is provided "as is"; to the fullest extent permitted by law, Fabricon disclaims liability for user-published content and for any damages arising from transactions between users.

Fabricon does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The Fabricon name, logo, and platform software are the Operator's intellectual property. By publishing content (text, images), the user warrants they are entitled to do so and grants Fabricon the license needed to provide the service.

Fabricon may suspend or delete an account for a serious or repeated violation of these terms.

A user may archive their own account/listings at any time.

A user who qualifies as a consumer may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

The Operator may amend these Terms unilaterally; users will be notified of changes through the platform.

These Terms are governed by Hungarian law.
